This series of differential pressure transmitters use piezoresistive pressure sensor chips, and use thin film resistors on the substrate to perform zero point correction, zero point temperature compensation and sensitivity compensation. The high-performance and stable silicon chip package makes it high static pressure resistance, anti-interference, stable and reliable. Therefore, this product can be used in various differential pressure occasions for gas measurement, and is an ideal differential pressure measuring instrument in the field of industrial automation.

Installation Instructions 

① Wall installation: There is a rail mounting plate on the back of the transmitter, remove the mounting plate first. The attachment is equipped with two wallboard self-tapping screws and two plastic expansion pipes. First, punch two holes with a diameter of 6mm and a depth of ≥30mm on the wall (please refer to the dimension drawing of the guide rail mounting plate for the hole position). Insert the expansion tube and fix the rail mounting plate on the wall with self-tapping screws, and then slide it into the transmitter.

② DIN rail installation: There is a rail mounting plate on the back of the transmitter, remove the mounting plate first. The transmitter slides directly into the DIN rail. Note: There is a zero switch on the internal circuit board of the transmitter, press and hold for 3 seconds to reset the zero point (the high-end and low-end should be in the atmospheric environment when doing zero adjustment).


Wiring installation diagram



Represents a shielded line, all marked grounding points shall be effectively grounded. It is suggested that the cable with shielded twisted pair signal is the best. In order to avoid the grounding circuit, the shield layer is single-ended grounded, insulated at the transmitter end and grounded at the control cabinet end.
