The PC-WLS Liquid Level Switch allows you to control the liquid level in a bucket, tank, or well. It can be automatically adjusted, is simple to operate and install, is safe and dependable, requires no maintenance, is non-toxic and ecologically beneficial, and is sewage resistant. Pools, oil, weak acid and weak alkali pools, barrels, tanks, irrigation, and other containers are widely used in households, enterprises, and mines. If two controllers are linked in series to regulate the water pump, one in the pool and the other in the well, the pump equipment will not be destroyed due to a lack of water. Place one in the filter tank and the other in the river (well) can handle two water pumps simultaneously (refer to Figure 5).

Heavy hammer device

1. After threading the cable of the liquid level switch through the concave circular hole in the center of the heavy hammer, push the heavy hammer lightly to make the plastic ring embedded above the circular hole fall off due to the thrust of the cable head. (If necessary, this plastic ring can also be removed with a screwdriver). Then put the detached plastic ring on the cable where you want to fix the weight to set the liquid level. (See Figure 2.1)

2. Gently push the weight to pull out the cable until the center of the weight catches the plastic ring. As long as the weight is lightly buckled on the plastic ring, it will not slip off if the plastic ring is damaged or missing, a bare copper wire of the same diameter can be inserted into the cable to replace it. (See Illustration 2.2.)

3. To prevent the weight from moving and disrupting the water level control, use a copper wire or other items to secure the weight on the cable (the upper and lower ends are stuck) or on the inside wall of the container.

Remarks: Please draw the cable straight to the control box, avoid using the intermediate connector if at all possible, and never immerse the cable connector in the liquid!

Figure 5: A three-phase water pump is controlled by two sets of PC-WLS automatic water level controllers in sequence. This connection may not only assure the water tower's automatic water delivery, but also prevent the well's water supply from being insufficient and causing damage to the pump equipment.
