◆Central cold source system
The central cold source system consists of chillers, refrigeration pumps, cooling pumps, cooling towers and related electric butterfly valves and other equipment. The monitoring content of the central cold source system by the BA system is as follows:
1. Sequential start and stop
Since the chiller must operate under the conditions that the chilled water flow and the cooling water flow are established, it must follow a certain switching sequence. When starting up, the refrigeration pump, cooling pump and related butterfly valves must be turned on first, and then the main engine must be turned on, and the sequence of shutdown is reversed.
2. Failure rotation
The various devices of the central cooling source system are interrelated and run. If one device fails to start, it will inevitably cause a chain reaction of the entire system, resulting in the entire system not working properly. Our BA system will detect equipment failures in time, and automatically start the next fault-free equipment according to logic to ensure that the system will not stop abnormally.
3. Load management
The central cold source system equipment has a large power and high energy consumption. According to the actual load, the BA system automatically matches the number of mainframes running through a logical algorithm to avoid wasting energy.
◆Air conditioner terminal
The air-conditioning terminal includes fresh air units, air-conditioning units, fan coil units and other equipment.
The monitoring contents of the BA system are as follows:
1. The unit can start and stop regularly through the BA system, and the equipment can be started and stopped according to a predetermined schedule;
2. It has interlocking function. Before the fan starts, the new return air valve is opened. After the blower is started, the electric proportional integral water valve can adjust its opening. After the blower stops, the new return air valve is closed, and the proportional integral water valve is closed;
3. Monitor the temperature and humidity of fresh air, supply air and return air, and judge according to the predetermined high and low limit values, and output alarm information if the limit is exceeded;
4. The BA system compares the supply/return air temperature with the set value, and uses PID algorithm output to control the opening of the proportional integral water valve, so that the supply/return air temperature tends to the set temperature;
5. The BA system compares the supply/return air humidity with the set value, and uses PID algorithm output to control the humidifier, so that the supply/return air humidity tends to the set humidity;
6. The BA system automatically judges the opening of the fresh air valve according to the comparison between the CO2 detection value and the set value, which not only keeps the indoor carbon dioxide concentration at a low level, but also makes reasonable use of the fresh air volume and effectively saves energy consumption;
7. Differential pressure switches are set before and after the filter to monitor the blockage of the filter and output an alarm signal;
◆Ventilation system
The ventilation system is mainly composed of supply fans, exhaust fans and other equipment.
The monitoring contents of the BA system are as follows:
1. Monitor the operation of the fan;
2. Start-stop control is carried out through the preset timetable of the system;
3. After the fan is thermally tripped, an alarm signal will be sent to remind the operator to arrange for maintenance work;
4. Accumulate the running time of the fan for equipment management;
◆Water supply and drainage system
The water supply and drainage system is mainly composed of domestic water supply equipment and submersible sewage pumps in collecting wells.
The monitoring contents of the BA system are as follows:
1. Monitor the running status of domestic water supply pumps;
2. The water supply pressure of the domestic water pipe is too high, and an alarm signal is output;
3. An alarm signal is issued when the thermal relay of the domestic water supply pump is tripped;
4. Accumulate the running time of the water pump for equipment management;
5. Monitor the operation status of the submersible sewage pump and the liquid level of the water collecting well;
6. When the liquid level of the collecting well is reached, an alarm signal is output;
7. The submersible sewage pump will send an alarm signal after the heat relay trips;
8. Accumulate the running time of the submersible sewage pump for equipment management;
◆Lighting system
The BA system realizes the timing switch through the lighting monitoring of public areas such as stairwells, walkways, elevator front rooms, underground garages, landscape lighting, etc., to avoid the phenomenon of 24-hour long lights caused by human negligence.
◆ Elevator
Elevators are currently indispensable in high-rise buildings and are important special mechanical and electrical equipment. The BA system mainly adopts the method of only monitoring but not controlling the elevator, so as to find out the fault of elevator operation in time, which is convenient for the property to deal with in time, and ensures the smooth and safe operation of the elevator.
