Product description

PCT/TC5031 low temperature antifreeze protection switch has a long sensitive element filled with steam, as long as any part of the long sensitive element is lower than the temperature set point, the internal contact of the switch controller will be disconnected. It is suitable for cryogenic protection of hot water coils, cold water coils and other liquid or gas pipe surfaces, with temperature setting knobs.

When the temperature drops to the temperature point set by the dial, the internal switch is switched off until the temperature rises above the set temperature to more than 4.5°C.

Installation Instructions:

1) Install the controller on the wall of the controlled average temperature environment. Do not install near cold and heat sources that have temperature effects. Do not install on open walls or in environments where the thermosensitive capillary exceeds 80°C.

2) It can be installed in the wire slot or fixed to the flat surface with screws through the mounting hole on the back cover.

3) Do not flatten the temperature sensing capillary of the controller. The capillary depression changes the original calibration so that the operating temperature is lower than the dial setting.

4) Loosen the screw on the knob side, remove the knob, loosen the screw to remove the upper cover, thread the wire through the wire hole below and wire it according to the figure, and finally restore the buckle of the upper cover and knob.

5) Note: Be sure to cut off the power supply before wiring to avoid electric shock or equipment damage.
